无盘win98启动问题（斑竹请进）

win98启动时提示输入Administrator密码，我输入后提示错误如下：
Error 5:
you do not currently have access to this file the file may be mrked read-only, or it
may be pare of a shared resonrce such as a
folder, a named pipe, a queue, or a semaphore
you can use the ATTRIB command to change the
read-only attribute, or try again later when the file may be available.连续2次后提示如下：
coulan’t ope c:\windows\qnetnm.drv(read mode)
另外RANDELAY.EXE这个文件哪可以找到。请斑竹指教一下。Thank you very much !!!

是不是你的WINDOWS目录下根本没有QNETNM.DRV这个文件.

有这个文件

RANDELAY在公用…文件夹里有.

整个盘都被我翻过来了都没有

你没有建LNGUEST 用户

请问具体在公共文件夹的哪个位置
