无盘98登路时的问 题

我用的是pxe作的了
我的无盘98登时出现如下的信息 ：
1)error 55:the specified resorce is not available`````

2)couldn't open c:\windows\netnames.db (read mode)
请问这个问 题应该怎样解决？
